1. The service

Vouch is a writing assistant that helps the person signing a letter draft a recommendation letter from facts they provide. The user of the service is responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving the final letter, and for the decision to send it.

2. Honesty requirement

You agree to provide only true facts about the subject of the letter. Vouch is designed never to invent achievements, and you agree not to ask it to do so, nor to submit letters containing fabricated information. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in a letter you sign and send.

3. Payment

Letters are sold individually at the price shown at checkout ($9.90 during early access, or the then-current price). Payment is processed by a third-party provider; we never see or store your card details. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a letter, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@resumesolved.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. No guarantees

Vouch helps you write a letter. It does not guarantee admission, employment, scholarships, or any particular outcome. The quality of the final letter depends on the facts you provide and your own review.

6. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service to create fraudulent or misleading letters.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• You may not resell or redistribute generated letters outside your own use.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the facts you provide. The generated draft is provided for your use; the Vouch site, design, and software remain the property of Vouch / ResumeSolved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Vouch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — e.g., the State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
