When you use the letter generator, we process the information you enter in the form (your name, title and affiliation, the student's name, your relationship to the student, and the facts you provide). We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment card details — payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem or Stripe).

2. How we use it

• To generate the letter you request.
• To send you the letter if you choose to have it emailed to you.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your information. We do not use the letters or your notes to train AI models.

3. AI processing

To create your draft, the form data is sent to our AI generation provider. The provider processes the data solely to return a draft to us. We instruct the provider not to retain or train on your data, and we never send more information than is needed to write the letter.

4. Storage and deletion

We keep generated letters only long enough to deliver them (typically no longer than 30 days), unless you ask us to keep a copy. You may request deletion of any data associated with your email at any time by writing to support@resumesolved.com.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. If analytics are enabled, they measure page views and general usage; they do not read the contents of your letters.

6. Your rights
